Slowly pull runner across surface.
Tips
When using the tape runner, the application must be slow and steady. If you go too fast or if it’s angled to one side, some of the adhesive won’t come off the liner properly. When this happens, it can stop the runner from working. We recommend using the runner at a low angle (45 degrees) and slow speed with no sudden side-to-side movements.

1. Contact our customer service team at info@taperunner.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
